Beautiful plaque, this was a gift for my husband and he loved it. There was a mix-up with the delivery, but the seller was quick to reply and fix the issue.

The item arrived super quick which I appreciate, but the way it was shipped was sketchy. It arrived in stapled together cardboard which was wet from the weather and the staples had started to come undone. Very thinly wrapped padding. There was a curved line indent in one of the letters in the metal. I understand nothing is going to be perfect but it was in a very noticeable place. This was a gift and they liked it, so well done. :)

I really appreciate Jason going above and beyond with his customer service to try to make up for USPS and their shipping issues. That's not the seller's fault.

I ordered 2 items and only one showed up. I think the 2nd item was forgotten and never shipped until I questioned owner at least 2 times about items whereabouts. Otherwise, item is super nice.

I received very quickly after ordering. Packaging was ok. No padding to protect it. Product is exactly as shown and a very nice decor piece for your sports fan.
